Lakeside Village is located at the northern end of San Jacinto County on FM 980 approximately 9 miles east of Riverside, Texas. The subdivision has 635 lots, many with waterfront advantage. The subdivision is managed by a property owners association (POA). It is a non-profit, volunteer organization, with an 11-member board whose purpose is to provide for the maintenance and preservation of the property subject to the recorded restrictions applicable to the subdivision.

The main Boat Ramp, located on the Trinity River, the longest river (710 miles) located entirely within the State of Texas. Trinity River is known as the “Catfish Capital of Texas.” The boat ramp also provides direct access to Lake Livingston, the second largest lake in Texas. Lake Livingston, dubbed a “Water Wonderland” is an excellent lake for fishing, boating, sailing, or jet skiing.
